摘要
以丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(DMAEA)、正溴己烷为原料,制得了丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基己基溴化铵(6CQ),将其与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)在紫外光辐照下反应,制备了HEA与6CQ质量比分别为90∶10、80∶20、70∶30、60∶40的4种季铵盐型水凝胶(N9010、N8020、N7030、N6040)。采用FTIR与1HNMR确证了产物结构。考察了温度、时间及电解质浓度对水凝胶溶胀行为的影响。结果表明:N6040溶胀性能较好,在5 h即可达溶胀平衡,且在10-50℃时溶胀率无明显变化,对温度依赖性不强;溶胀时间对4种水凝胶溶胀率略有影响,但基本在4 h可以达到溶胀平衡;电解质浓度对水凝胶影响较大,4种水凝胶的溶胀率均比在去离子水中明显降低。热重分析表明,该类水凝胶样品在低于230℃环境温度下非常稳定。
Acryoxyethyl dimethyl hexyl ammonium bromide(6 CQ) was prepared from dimethylaminoethyl acrylate(DMAEA) with n-bromohexane. Then,by controlling the mass ratio of compound 6 CQ and hydroxyethylacrylate(HEA),four polymer hydrogels of the ratio of 90∶10,80∶20,70∶30,60∶40 between HEA and 6 CQ(named as N9010,N8020,N7030,N6040) were obtained under UV radiation. The products were characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR. The influences of temperature,time and electrolyte concentration on the swelling behavior of hydrogels were studied. The result showed that polymer hydrogel N6040 exhibited better swelling properties. It could reach swelling equilibrium in 5 h. Moreover,there was no obvious change on the swelling ratio between 10-50 ℃,indicating that the polymer hydrogel had no strong reliance on temperature. Swelling time had a slight influence on the swelling ratio of the four hydrogels,and the swelling equilibrium could be achieved in about 4 h. However,electrolyte concentration had a relatively large effect on the swelling ratio of the four hydrogels,and the swelling ratio was obviously lower than that in deionized water. The thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the prepared hydrogels were very stable below 230 ℃.
