摘要
选取四川省万源市中蜂遗传资源保护区内13个蜂场的65群中蜂样本,每群测定50只工蜂的形态指标,包括吻长、前翅长等12个形态指标。同时,将四川万源中蜂的10个相关形态指标数据与海南海口、海南文昌等33个地区已报道的中蜂形态指标数据进行比较。结果表明:四川万源中蜂的吻长、第四背板长等形态指标的均值比其他地区中蜂更大;四川万源中蜂的肘脉指数均值比其他地区中蜂更小,提示着四川万源中蜂的采集力可能更强。这些结果可为当地中蜂遗传资源调查与保护提供形态学数据。
In this study, 13 apiaries were selected from the protection area of the Apis cerana genetic resources in Wanyuan city of Sichuan Province, and a total of 65 colonies were used to collect bee samples. Twelve morphological indexes of 50 workers, such as length of the tongue, length of the wings and so on, were measured by each colony. Meanwhile, we compared the 10 related morphological index of Wanyuan to that of 33 other regions, including Haikou, Hainan, Wenchang, Hainan and so on. The results showed that average value of the length of the tongue and the length of the fourth tergum in Sichuan, are larger than the other areas; while the average value of cubital index may in Sichuan is smaller than the other areas, implying us that the foraging capability of Apis cerana of Sichuan might be better than that of the other areas. These results provide morphological data for the investigation and protection of the local bee genetic resources.
