摘要
我国交通事业的快速发展让很多地区的高速公路形成了整体性的路网结构,但随之而来的问题在于路径多义性的情况之下,收费处应该怎样合理地征收过路费。此外,对于征收的过路费,要采取怎样的拆分方式才能做到公平公正。此时,就需要考虑到车辆本身的形式问题,即通过精确的路径识别来对车辆行驶路径进行规划。GPS技术作为一项已经成熟的定位技术,可以被有效地使用于路径识别工作中,包括复合卡和车载单元OBU与通行卡结合的两种方案。这两种方案都是基于通行卡记录GPS采集的路径数据,不会影响现阶段的收费操作平台,从根源上解决高速公路网中不合理的收费,进一步提升收费公路的服务质量和通行效率。

GPS technology, as a mature positioning technology, can be effectively used in the path identification work, including the combination of the composite card and the on-board unit OBU and access card. Both of these programs are based on access card re- cords of GPS acquisition path data, will not affect the current stage of charging operating platform, from the root to solve the unreasonable charges in the highway network, and further enhance the toll highway service quality and traffic efficiency.
