摘要
营养素是人和动物包括鱼类进行新陈代谢的基础,对机体影响很大。文章主要综述了营养素对水生动物繁殖、生长和发育的影响及其机理研究进展,旨在更好地理解、研究和利用营养素,发挥其最佳功能,调控水生动物繁殖、生长和发育,促进养殖渔业的健康快速发展,提高经济效益和社会效益。
Nutrients were the basis of metabolism in human being and animals including fish. Nutrient-shave significant effects on the body. The present paper mainly reviews the progress of effects and their mechanisms of nutrients on the reprodution, growth and development of aquatic animals. The pur- pose is to further understand, study, utilize nutrients and exert their greatest functions to promote the reproduction, growth and development of aquatic animals, to promote the healthy and rapid develop- ment of aquaculture, to increase economical and social effectiveness.
