摘要
海绵城市是一种全新的城市规划建设理念,其通过雨水储存的方式实现水资源充分利用,有利于缓解城市洪涝,减少水资源的浪费。本文以SWMM模型为基础,对其展开分析,并阐述了海绵城市的规划与设计,介绍了基于SWMM模型的海绵城市规划系统,目的在于加快城市排水,实现水资源的重复利用,规避洪涝灾害带来的影响。
Spongy city is a new concept of urban planning and construction. It can make full use of water resources through stormwater storage, which is beneficial to alleviating urban flood and waterlogging and reducing waste of water resources. Based on the SWMM model, this paper analyzes the model, expounds the planning and design of the sponge city, and introduces the planning system of the sponge city based on the SWMM model. The purpose is to speed up the urban drainage, to realize the reuse of water resources and to avoid the impact of the flood disaster.
