摘要
美国、德国和日本等发达国家脱硫石膏的工业化生产已经超过20年,德国脱硫石膏的利用率接近100%,日本也达到80%~90%。由于碳酸钙含量高、石膏含量低、含水率高、氯离子含量高等问题,国内脱硫石膏生产尚未达到专业化、规模化的水平,综合利用程度不高。本文通过分析华润贵州六枝电厂燃煤烟气脱硫石膏的品质影响因素和生成过程,指出了改善石膏品质的有效途径,以期促进大型燃煤电厂脱硫石膏的综合利用。
The industrialized production of desulphurized gypsum in developed countries such as the United States, Germany, and Japan has been over 20 years. The utilization rate of desulfurized gypsum in Germany is close to 100%, and Japan is also 80% to 90%. Due to the problems of high calcium carbonate content, low gypsum content, high water content, and high chloride ion content, domestic desulfurization gypsum production has not yet reached the level of specialization and scale, and the comprehensive utilization level is not high. This paper analyzes the quality influencing factors and generation process of coal-fired flue gas desulphurization gypsum from China Resources Guizhou Liuzhi Power Plant, and points out an effective way to improve gypsum quality, in order to promote the comprehensive utilization of desulphurized gypsum in large-scale coal-fired power plants.
