摘要
从精密卧式加工中心实际生产中的滚动导轨直线度的检测为出发点,探讨了激光干涉仪检测法、自准直仪法、水平仪法等不同检测方法的差异性和适应性,以检测结果的一致性为基准,提出了不同检测方法所适用的不同场合。
In this paper,using measurement in the straightness of rolling guide as the starting point,the difference and the adaption of the different measurement methods,for example using the laser interferometer,auto collimation,level,are discussed. A new regulation to select different measurement methods based on the consistency is proposed to the measurement of the straightness of rolling guide.
