摘要
贫胶缺陷在热压罐成型的复合材料零件,尤其是型面复杂的零件中是常见的问题,这些问题导致零件局部区域的纤维暴露,纤维的变形,零件与零件之间不可预期的差异,并且对零件后续表面处理及喷漆质量造成严重影响。重点分析了贫胶缺陷产生的原因及其对零件性能和生产造成的不良影响,并总结了贫胶缺陷的检测要求,预防措施和在具体生产实践中采取的有效措施。
Resin starvation is a common defect for the autoclave cured composited parts,especially those with complex contour.The defects result in exposed and deformed fibers,unexpected variance between parts; also impact the following surface preparation and paint process badly.This article mainly analyzed the root cause of resin starvation defect and the bad impact to part＇s quality and production process; summarized the inspecting requirement,preventive actions and best practice in mass production.
