摘要
研究了退火保温时间、冷却方式、完全退火温度、不完全退火温度和保温时间对液压精密钢管35Cr Mo的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,退火温度为870℃,退火保温时间为45~75 min条件下,当冷却方式从随炉冷却转变为风冷时,35Cr Mo钢管的带状组织趋于减弱;随着完全退火温度和不完全退火温度的上升,钢管的抗拉强度、屈服强度和显微硬度逐渐上升,而断后伸长率逐渐降低;不完全退火温度下钢管的强度和硬度较完全退火有所降低,塑性有所提高;在相同退火温度和冷却方式条件下,不完全退火保温时间的延长使得钢管的强度和硬度降低,而塑性提高。
The effect of annealing time, cooling mode, complete annealing temperature, uncomplete annealing temperature and holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of hydraulic precision steel tube 35CrMo were studied. The results show that the annealing temperature is 870 ℃, under the condition of annealing holding time is 45-75 rain, when the cooling mode is changed from the furnace cooling to air cooling, 35CrMo steel tube banded structure tend to be weakened; The tensile strength, yield strength and microhardness of the steel tube gradually increase with the increase of total annealing temperature and incomplete annealing temperature, while the elongation of the steel tube gradually decreases. The strength and hardness of the steel tube under incomplete annealing temperature decrease and the plasticity improve. Under the condition of the same annealing temperature and cooling mode, the strength and hardness of the steel tube decrease and the plasticity increase.
