摘要
患者女，42岁。因“发热、左下肢红肿5月余”于2017年3月人湘雅医院诊治。患者3年前无明显诱因出现双手、双足小关节疼痛，无明显晨僵、关节畸形等，并出现双下肢水肿，在当地医院及湘雅医院门诊检查示抗核抗体、抗dsDNA抗体阳性，诊断为系统性红斑狼疮、狼疮肾炎，予以泼尼松65mg／d及环磷酰胺等药物治疗后，症状缓解，门诊定期复查及注射环磷酰胺，蛋白尿转阴，泼尼松逐渐减量至15mg／d。
