摘要
新工科背景下对应用型人才专业群思考与规划,是构建新工科人才培养模式的重要探索。文章首先对新经济、新业态、新技术下的教育形式进行分析、其次提出适合新工科与现实教育形式相互匹配的构建原则,然后研究出专业群课程体系及培养方案优化方法,厘清了学科与专业、传统专业与新兴专业、新兴专业与新兴技术、专业群与岗位群、岗位群与产业链等交叉、迭代与融合等逻辑关系,最后得出新工科背景下适合南阳经济和学校发展的应用型人才专业群。
The thinking and planning of the professional group of Applied Talents under the background of new engineering is an important exploration of the construction of new engineering talents training mode. Firstly, the new economy, new formats, new technology under the form of education, then puts forward a new analysis and practical engineering education form matching construction principle, then study and training program of professional group curriculum system optimization method, to clarify the traditional discipline and specialty, professional and professional, professional and emerging new emerging technologies and professional group and post group, post group and industry chain, cross iteration and integration logic, finally obtained for the Nanyang economy and the development of new schools under the background of engineering application of professional talent group.
