摘要
基于发电机定子铁心片间压力监测传统方法工作量大、人工成本高、效率低、误差大等缺点,设计了一套用于发电机定子铁心片间压力监测的传感器标定系统。介绍了这一系统的硬件组成与软件架构,并进行了标定试验,确认这一系统能够在实现传感器标定的同时,有效降低传感器的测量误差。
Due to the shortcomings of traditional methods for monitoring the pressure between core laminations of generator stators such as large workload, high labor cost, low efficiency and large error, a sensor calibration system for monitoring the pressure between core laminations of generator stators had been designed. The hardware composition and software architecture of this system were introduced, and a calibration experiment was conducted. It is confirmed that this system can effectively reduce the measurement error of the sensor while realizing sensor calibration.
