摘要
环状对苯二甲酸丁二酯四聚体是PBT塑料质量分析检测中使用的一个标准参照试剂。以对苯二甲酰氯和1,4-丁二醇为原料,经过缩合、脱保护等多步反应合成得到相应的二酸和二醇中间体,最后将二酸与二醇反应环合得到标题化合物,本合成路线4步反应的总收率为20%,产物的结构通过核磁和质谱确认。该合成方法具有反应路线短、易于操作和收率较高等优点。
Cyclic tetramer of butylene terephthalate was synthesized by condensation of the corresponding dicarboxylic acid with diol.The linear dicarboxylic acid and diol were obtained by stepwise synthesis from p-phthaloyldichloride and 1,4-butanediol.Pure cyclic butylene terephthalates are always needed as standard reagents during the quality analysis of PBT.In this paper,cyclic tetramer of butylene terephthalate was synthesized by condensation of the corresponding dicarboxylic acid with diol,which were obtained from p-phthaloyldichloride and 1,4-butanediol.The total yield of this four-step synthetic route was 20%.The resulting cyclic ester was confirmed by NMR and mass spectroscopy.The advantages of this procedure include short reaction steps,simple operation and good yield.
