摘要
为保证机车轮(轴)重分配均衡,需通过调簧操作保证机车二系载荷分布的均衡性。为解决典型6轴电力机车二系调簧操作困难的问题,通过对机车二系支承结构分析建模,提出一种可以实现简化二系支持结构的局部调簧方法。经实车数据验证,该局部调簧方法在实现简化支承数目的同时也较大程度上完成了对机车二系载荷的均衡分布调整,经局部调整后的机车再进行整体调簧所需操作步骤更少、效果更好,该方法对指导实际调簧工艺意义重大。
To ensure the balance of redistribution of locomotive wheelset, spring adjustment is required to achieve the equilibrium of load distribution on secondary suspension. As it' s difficult to adjust the spring of secondary suspension, a simplified local spring adjustment method for the bearing structure is worked out by means of analysis modelling of the bearing structure for the secondary suspension. Real test data shows that this local spring adjusting method reduces the number of bearings and realizes equilibrium dis- tribution of the load on the secondary suspension of locomotive to a great extent. After the local adjust- ment, less steps for overall spring adjustment is needed, and the effect is much better, which is of great significance to the practical spring adjustment.
