低温等离子刀在早期声带癌及癌前病变的临床疗效评价

摘要 目的探讨低温等离子刀在治疗早期声带癌及癌前病变的临床疗效。方法将我院耳鼻喉科2012年1月~2015年1月收治的单纯声带癌变及癌前病变患者46例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,研究组采用低温等离子刀切除术,对照组患者采用传统喉裂开手术切除,比较两组手术时间、住院时间及黏膜恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率、术后3年生存率等相关指标进行统计分析。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、黏膜恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率、及住院时间等领域都显著优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低温等离子刀治疗早期声门型喉癌及癌前病变,可缩短住院时间,减轻术后不适感等优点,值得在早期声带癌症及癌前病变手术中应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma knife in the treatment of early vocal cord cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Selected the 46 patients with only vocal cord cancer or precancerous lesions who were in the Department of ENT in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 as research objects and randomly divided them into two groups;the experimental group took low-temperature plasma knife surgery,and the control group were treated with traditional laryngofissure surgery. The operative time,hospitalization time,recovery time,mucosa postoperative pain score,complication rate,and survival rate 3 years after the operation were compared between these two groups with statistical analysis. Results The situation of operative time,intraoperative blood loss,mucosal recovery time,postoperative pain score,complication rate,and hospitalization time in the experimental group was significantly better than it in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Low temperature plasma knife for early glottic carcinoma and precancerous lesions can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce postoperative discomfort. It is worthy of application in the early stage of vocal cord cancer and precancerous lesions.
