摘要
背景 麻醉药物和方法的选择对接受外科手术治疗的患者预后到底产生哪些影响，成为近年来围手术期研究的热点和焦点。 目的 综述全身麻醉（general anesthesia， GA）与区域麻醉（regional anesthesia， RA）技术对部分手术患者预后的研究进展。 内容 以接受膝、髋关节手术，恶性肿瘤相关手术，颈动脉手术以及心血管外科手术的患者为切入点，阐述麻醉方式与患者术后住院时间、并发症发生率以及病死率等指标的相关性。 趋向 综合分析GA与RA对部分手术患者预后的最新研究进展，有助于优化麻醉药物和方式的选择，并改善患者预后情况。
Background The choice of anesthetic agents and anesthesia techniques have different effects on the outcome and longterm prognosis after surgery. This issue has become a focus of perioperative research in recent years. Objective Research progresses of general anesthesia （GA） and regional anesthesia （RA） on the prognosis of patients with certain surgeries were reviewed. Content Patients who received knee or hip joint surgery, cancer-related surgery, carotid surgery and cardiovascular surgery were evaluated, the relationship between the postoperative hospital stay, mortality, other complications and anesthesia technique were discussed. Trend A comprehensive analysis of recent advances in the relationship between GA and RA on the prognosis of patients with certain surgeries will help to optimize the choice of anesthetic agents and anesthesia techniques and improve the patient＇s long-term prognosis.
