摘要 以南方航空大厦工程为例,通过BIM技术和装配式钢结构的深化设计及安装相结合,详细阐述了该项目钢结构构件拆分及统计、施工准备及其虚拟安装模拟过程,为项目的施工组织管理及技术交底工作带来便利,可为其他大型复杂装配式建筑的BIM技术应用提供参考。 Combining BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology with the detailed design and construction of prefabricated steel structures by taking the South Aviation Building project as an example in this paper, the separation and statistics of steel structure members, construction preparation and its virtual simulation process of installation that has been introduced in detail, which bring convenience for the project organization and technical disclosure. This BIM technology application in virtual installation could be used as a good reference for other large complex prefabricated high-rise structures.
