摘要
右美托咪定是一种高效、高选择性仅：肾上腺素受体激动剂，多经静脉给药，滴鼻以其刺激小，应用便捷，吸收缓和等优点应用日渐广泛。右美托咪定滴鼻在围手术期可以用作术前及术中的镇静，术后镇痛，并且可以降低其他麻醉药引起的不良反应。与传统的镇静药物及其他应用途径相比较，右美托咪定滴鼻可以起到相同甚至更优的效果。右美托咪定滴鼻在麻醉中的应用不仅局限在手术室，也逐渐应用在儿童及成年人实施检查清醒操作的镇静。
Dexmedetomidine is a highly effective and highly selective adrenergie α2 receptor agonist. It is usually used intravenously. However, intranasal administration is widely used for its advantages such as small stimulation, convenient application, and ease of absorption. Intranasal dexmedetomidine can be used as a preoperative and intraoperative sedation during the perioperative period, and postoperative analgesia. It can reduce the adverse reactions caused by other anesthetics. Compared with traditional sedative drugs and other method of administration, dexmedetomidine can have the same or even better effect. The intranasal administration could not only limited to be used in the operating room, but also gradually be applied to the sedation of examination and awake operation in children and adults.
