摘要
老年性聋的病因是多种生理机制共同作用的结果。较早识别老年性聋并着手治疗改善听力，可以有效改善老年陛聋状况的恶化。近年来在助听器、人工中耳、人工耳蜗等听力辅助装置应用临床实践方面发展较快，在干细胞移植和基因治疗技术等方面的研究成果也为老年性聋提供了治疗方向和手段。本文对老年人耳聋的病因分析、预防及治疗研究进展做一综述。
The etiology of senile dementia is the result of a combination of multiple physiological mechanisms. Earlier recognition of senile deafness and proceed with treatment to improve hearing, can effectively improve the deterioration of senile deafness. In recent years, hearing aids, artificial middle ear, cochlear and other hearing aids applied clinical practice has developed rapidly in stem cell transplantation and gene therapy technology research results also provide senile deafness treatment direction and means. This article reviews the etiopathogenesis, prevention and treatment of deafness in the elderly.
