摘要
在国家大力推行"互联网+政务服务",推进实体政务大厅向网上办事大厅延伸的政策背景下,苏州市国土资源局进行了"不动产+金融与不动产登记"服务创新实践,建设了基于金融机构专网的不动产抵押登记解决方案,通过线上申报、线上登记,实现了"不见面"审批,让"数据多跑路,群众少跑腿",真正服务为民,让金融机构即时获取押品登记状态,有效防范了金融风险。
Under the policy of vigorously promoting ＂internet ＋ government service＂ in the country and promoting the extension of the substantive government lobby to the online service hall, Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources carried out the service innovation practice of ＂Real Estate ＋ Registration of Finance and Real Estate＂ and set up a real-estate mortgage registration solution based on the special network of financial institutions. Through the online declaration, online registration, to achieve the ＂do not meet＂ approval, so that ＂the data more run the road, the masses less errands＂ and truly serve the public; so that financial institutions real-time access to collateral registration status, effectively preventing financial risks.
