摘要
目的:探讨EB病毒(EB Virus,EBV)DNA检测在儿童EB病毒感染诊断中的应用,为临床提供早期诊断准确治疗.方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法(Real time PCR,RT-PCR)对已确诊的50例感染EBV的儿童(A组)进行外周血EBV-DNA检测.并同时检测患儿的白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、异常淋巴细胞、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、肌酸激酶(Creatine kinase,CK)MB型CK(CK-MB)等实验室检测的相关数据.同时分析同期同年龄段的50例(B组)健康体检儿童的WBC、 异常淋巴细胞、hs-CRP、ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB等实验室检测的相关数据.结果:A组WBC、 异常淋巴细胞、ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB的检测水平明显高于B组(P〈0.05);EBV-DNA阳性检出率也明显高于B组(P〈0.05).结论:EB病毒感染儿童临床表现复杂,EBV-DNA检测可用于EBV感染相关疾病的早期诊断及病情的评估,值得应用于临床推广.
Objective: The study aims to explore the application ofEBV DNA in the diagnosis of Epstein-Barr vires in children and to provide early diagnosis and accurate treatment for clinical. Methods: Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect EB-DNA in peripheral blood of 50 confirmed children with EB disease (group A). At the same time, the related data of laboratory tests such as WBC, abnormal lymphocytes (hs-CRP), ALT, AST, CK, CK-MB were detected. Results: The levels ofWBC, hs-CRP, ALT, AST, CK and CK-MB in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P〈0.05). The positive rate of EB-DNA of group A was also significantly higher than that of group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of children with Epstein-Barr virus infection are complicated. The detection ofEBV DNA could be used in the early diagnosis and assessment of EBV-related diseases, which is worthy of clinical application.
