摘要
目的:观察中药结合盆底生物反馈疗法治疗低位直肠癌保肛术后排便障碍的临床疗效。方法:将58例低位直肠癌保肛术后患者随机分为2组各29例,治疗组应用基于肛肠专用型多功能生物电反馈治疗系统的盆底生物电反馈疗法配合中药治疗,对照组应用排便功能主动训练方式治疗,观察患者的术后康复情况。结果:治疗组在手术之后,患者的排便时间、首次排气时间以及下床活动时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药结合盆底生物反馈疗法治疗可明显改善低位直肠癌保肛术后患者的排便功能。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor biofeedback in the treatment of dysporia after sphincter-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer. Methods： A total of 58 patients who underwent sphincter-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 29 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor biofeedback based on an anorectal multifunctional bioelectric feedback system,and those in the control group were given active defecation function training. Postoperative rehabilitation was observed for both groups. Results： Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly shorter time to first defecation,time to first flatus,and time to ambulation after surgery（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with pelvic floor biofeedback can significantly improve defecation function in patients undergoing sphincter-preserving surgery for low rectal cancer.
