短时沙尘、遮阴及沙尘遮阴复合胁迫对山楂光合和荧光特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究短时沙尘、遮阴、及沙尘遮阴复合胁迫对山楂光合作用及叶绿素荧光参数的影响,从而为山楂的种植提供理论依据。采用人工模拟试验,对山楂在沙尘胁迫、遮阴胁迫以及沙尘遮阴复合胁迫下的光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数的变化情况进行研究,结果表明,沙尘胁迫使净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、潜在活性(F_v/F_o)、最大PSⅡ量子产率(QY_(max))、稳定状态下的非光化学淬灭(NPQ_Lss)下降,胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)先升后降,暗适应下最小荧光(F_o)略有下降,但未发生显著变化。遮阴胁迫下,山楂叶片P_n、G_s、T_r、NPQ_Lss总体均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,C_i先下降后上升再下降,F_o先下降后上升,F_v/F_o、QY_(max)在轻度、中度遮阴胁迫下未发生显著变化,重度、严重遮阴胁迫下呈下降趋势。复合胁迫使山楂叶片P_n、G_s、T_r、QY_(max)、F_v/F_o、NPQ_Lss总体均先下降后上升,C_i先上升后下降,F_o则一直下降。轻度沙尘胁迫下非气孔因素影响了山楂的光合作用,随处理程度的增加,气孔限制逐渐占据主导;适度遮阴能改变山楂叶片PSⅡ的光能利用分配、增加热耗散保护光合机构;轻度复合胁迫下,沙尘对山楂叶片的光合作用影响较大,随处理程度的增加,遮阴逐渐成为主导因素。 The impacts of dust stress, shade stress and combined stress of dust and shade on the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Crataegus spp were studied for providing a foundation for Crataegus spp cultivation. By using artificial simulate experiment The response of Crataegus spp to dust stress, shade stress and combined stress of dust and shade was assessed by measuring the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. Dust stress reduced Pn, Gs, Tr, Fv/Fo, QYmax and NPQ_Lss. however, the values of Ci first increased and then decreased, and the values of Ci decreased, but there were no significant change. The activities ofPn, Gs, Tr, NPQ_Lss first increased and then decreased with the deepening of shade stress, Ci was decreased at first and then continually increased and decreased at last. Fo was decreased at first and then increased. Fv/Fo. QYmax were no significant change under mild and moderate shade stress, Fv/Fo, QYmax was decreased under severe and serious shade stress. Compound stress reduced Pn- Gs, Tr. QYmax- Fv/Fo, NPQ_Lss at first and then increased, and decreased Fo, and Ci was increased at first and then decreased, non-stomatal inhibition to the photosynthetic under mild dust stress, increase with degree of processing, stomatal inhibition became the main factor; Moderate shade can change of PS II light energy utilization distribution.increased heat dissipation could protect the photosynthetic organs; the dust has a great influence on the photosynthesis under mild combined stress of dust and shade, increase with degree of processing, shade gradually becomes the dominant factor.
