摘要
安徽宣城摩天轮为中国首个悬挑式摩天轮,被誉为"宣城之眼"。文章介绍了宣城摩天轮的工程概况、结构体系、荷载工况、组合及设计要点。采用有限元软件ANSYS对结构的刚度、强度及稳定性进行了整体受力分析,对关键节点进行了实体分析;并运用SAP2000软件进行抗连续性倒塌设计。此外,由于摩天轮地理位置特殊,施工条件受限,吊装难度极大,因此运用MIDAS软件对摩天轮进行了全过程施工模拟分析。研究结果可为相似工程的设计提供参考。
Anhui Xuancheng Ferris Wheel is China's first cantilevered Ferris wheel and is hailed as "the Eye of Xuancheng". This article introduced the project overview, structural system, load conditions, combinations and design key points of the Ferris wheel. The finite element software ANSYS was used to analysis the stiffness, strength, stability, and the key nodes of the structure. Besides, SAP2000 software was used to check the requirements for preventing structural progressive collapse. In addition, due to the special geographical location, limited construction conditions and great difficulty in lifting of the Ferris wheel, the MIDAS software was used to simulate the entire construction process. The results of this study can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
