摘要
针对烤烟用生物质颗粒燃烧机在除渣、燃烧效率、熄火及火力控制等的问题,设计出推杆除渣的生物质颗粒燃烧机及其控制装置,采用推杆除渣、多级配风和自动控制原理,实现自动除渣、自动配风、自动进料,燃尽率达到95%以上,适用于密集烤房烤烟以及其他农作物烘干场合。
In view of the problems in slag removal,combustion efficiency,flameout and fire control,a biomass pellet burner and its control device are designed for flue-cured tobacco biomass pellet burner.The principle of push rod slag removal,multistage air distribution and automatic control is adopted.Automatic slag removal,automatic air distribution and automatic feeding have been realized.The burnout rate is over 95%.This machine is suitable for intensive roast houses and other crop drying occasions.
