摘要
目的探讨协同护理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果分析。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月收治的腹膜透析患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用常规护理模式，对照组在常规治疗基础上采用协同护理模式进行干预。比较分析两组患者在临床中的治疗效果。结果两组患者在腹膜透析的透析效果、并发症发生率、再入院率及依从性中，观察组均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论协同护理模式应用到临床实践中，使患者知识和技能提高、依从性提高，减少了患者因护理不当引发的并发症发生，故在临床实践中可广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative care in the nursing of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods 80 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis who met the inclusion criteria from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each. The observation group adopted the conventional nursing model on the basis of conventional treatment, and the control group used the coordinated nursing model to intervene on the basis of conventional treatment. A comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was performed. Results According to the peritoneal dialysis efficacy, compficafion rate, readmission rate and compliance of the two groups of patients, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Applying collaborative nursing model to clinical practice improves patients knowledge and skills, with high obedience, reducing the incidence of complications caused by improper care of patients. Therefore, it can be widely used in clinical practice.
