摘要
目的探析原发性闭角型青光眼患者应用改良复合式小梁切除术治疗的，临床效果。方法对2015年10月至2016年12月期间收治的80例原发性闭角型青光眼患者予以分组研究，按照随机原则分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组以传统小梁切除术治疗，观察组以改良复合式小梁切除术治疗，对两组患者各时间段眼压、功能性滤过泡形成率、并发症发生率进行统计对比。结果治疗前，两组患者眼压比较，差异不明显（P〉0．05）；治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的眼压比较，观察组患者优于对照组患者，差异明显（P〈0．05）。观察组患者功能性滤过泡形成率为97．5％，并发症发生率为75％，相较于对照组患者的72．5％、27．5％，差异明显（P〈0．05）。结论原发性闭角型青光眼患者应用改良复合式小粱切除术治疗确切，可明显改善患者眼压，促进功能性滤过泡形成，减少并发症，值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the clinical eflficacy of improved compound trabeculectomy for primary glaucoma. Methods A total of 80 patients with primary Glaucoma in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.They were randomly assigned to a research group and a control group, 40 cases in each. The research group was treated with improved compound trabeculectomy, while the control group was treated with the traditional trabeculectomy in the same period. The postoperative intraocular pressure, the functional filtering bleb rate and complications rate of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05） . 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after treatment, the intraocular pressure in the research group was significantly less than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The functional filtering bleb rate （ 97.5% ） in the research group was statistically better than that （ 72.5% ） in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; the complication rate in the two group were 7.5% and 27.5%, respectively, and there was statistical difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The improved compound trabeculectomy for primary glaucoma can improve the intraocular pressure, promote the formation rate of functional faltering bleb, and reduce complication, which is significant curative effect.
