摘要
目的探讨移植专职护士术前咨询服务对改善移植肾活检患者焦虑的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年11月-2015年12月南京军区南京总医院国家肾脏疾病临床医学研究中心收治的行移植肾活检的88例患者的临床资料,随机分为实验组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),向实验组患者提供移植专职护士术前咨询服务,向对照组提供常规移植肾活检术前护理,动态评估两组移植肾活检患者入院后24小时、术前12小时及术后24小时的焦虑及满意度状况。结果通过移植专职护士术前咨询服务使实验组患者在手术前后不同阶段焦虑状况得到明显改善,且与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且实验组对专职护士的满意度为非常满意的患者高达63.6%,高于对照组的31.8%,差异具有统计学意义。结论移植专职护士术前咨询服务满足了移植肾活检护理工作的特殊要求,缓解了移植肾活检患者的焦虑状况,提高了移植肾患者对护理人员的满意度,值得在临床其他创伤性检查中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of full-time transplant nurse consulting on the anxiety of patients who underwent preoperative transplant renal biopsy. Methods The clinical data of 88 patients underwent transplant renal biopsy in National Clinical Research Center of Kidney Diseases,Nanjing University School of Medicine between November 2012 and December 2015 were analyzed. They were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 44） and control group（n = 44）. Full-time preoperative counselings were offered to patients by nurses in the experimental group, and only routine preoperative cares were given to patients in the control group. Assessments of anxiety and satisfaction status of the two groups were conducted 24 hours after admission, 12 hours before surgery and 24 hours after surgery. Results After the introduction of full-time preoperative counseling service, the anxiety status of patients in different stages improved significantly（P 〈0.05）. The rate satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 63.6%, which was higher than that in control group（31.8%） significantly. Conclusion Full-time preoperative counseling services given by transplant nurses meets the special demands for nursing in transplant renal biopsy, whichrelieved anxiety condition of the patient, and improved patient satisfaction with nurse. This method is worth for clinical application in the other invasive examinations.
