摘要
伴随信息时代的到来和发展,图书馆在高职高专院校人才培养工作中扮演着越来越重要的角色;就高职高专院校层面来说,要高度重视图书馆的建设和功能的充分发挥;就图书馆本身的建设来说,不仅仅要跟上学校整体工作的步伐,还要走在改革建设发展的前列,这势必对图书馆的整体建设,特别是对图书馆工作人员的素质和能力建设提出更高的要求。
With the arrival and development of the information age,the library plays an increasingly important role in the training of talents in higher vocational colleges. To higher vocational colleges,it needs to attach great importance to the full play of library construction and function. Library construction goal is not only to keep up with the pace of the whole school work,but to walk in the forefront of the reform and development. It puts forward higher requirements for the overall construction of the library,especially for the librarians＇ quality and ability construction.
