摘要
目的调查恶性肿瘤人群中的社会比较倾向现状,并探讨其对癌症应对自我效能的影响。方法使用方便抽样,选取2017年3—7月在西安交通大学第一附属医院就诊的符合纳入排除标准的癌症患者作为调查对象。使用社会比较倾向量表中文版和中文版癌症应对自我效能评估量表进行调查。结果社会比较倾向得分为37.43±8.65,癌症应对自我效能得分为236.87±64.28。婚姻状况、病程、社会比较倾向可影响恶性肿瘤患者的癌症应对自我效能,可解释总变异的42.1%。结论医护人员应教育患者家属为患者提供轻松、充满情感支持的家庭环境,并结合患者的社会比较倾向性,综合使用各种比较方法,提高患者的癌症应对自我效能。
[Objective]To investigate social comparison orientation in malignant tumor patients, and identify its effectiveness on cancer coping self-efficacy. [Methods] Qualified malignant tumor patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University between March to July in 2017 by convenience sampling method. Chinese version of the Social Comparison Orientation Scale and Chinese version of Cancer Coping Self-efficacy Scale were used to collect data. [Results] The score of social comparison orientation and cancer coping self-efficacy was 37.43 ±8.65 and 236.87 ±64.28 respectively. Marital status, course of disease, and social comparison orientation could influence the cancer coping self-efficacy, which could explain 42.1% of the total variation. [Conclusion] Health workers should educate the families to provide family environment with relaxed and emotional support, use a variety of comparative methods to improve cancer coping with self-efficacy combining with individual social comparison orientation.
