摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦+美托洛尔联合治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭(HFPEF)的临床效果。方法选取87例HFPEF患者,依据治疗方法分组,美托洛尔单治的43例为对照组,在此基础联合厄贝沙坦治疗的44例为观察组,回顾性对比分析两组左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)等指标。结果治疗后观察组-dp/dtmax值[(1 347.27±180.26)mmHg/s,1 mmHg=0.133 kPa]比对照组[(1290.27±200.35)mmHg/s]高,且观察组NT-proBNP值[(753.26±227.38)pg/ml]比对照组[(873.33±226.26)pg/ml]低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);同时,观察组超声指标、6MWT优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦+美托洛尔治疗HFPEF效果显著,可改善-dp/dtmax、NT-proBNP,并促进超声指标、6MWT改善,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets on heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFPEF). Methods Eighty-seven cases of HFPEF were divided into two groups by the difference of treatment measures, 43 cases treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets as control group, and 44 cases treated with combined therapy of irbesartan as observation group, the maximum drop rate of left indoor pressure (-dp/dtmax) , N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and 6-minute walk test (6MWT) of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment, they-dp/dtmax of observation group was ( 1 347.27 ±180. 26 ) mmHg/s ( 1 mmHg =0. 133 kPa), which was higher than that of control group[ (1 290. 27 ±200. 35) mmHg/s], and the NT-proBNP level was (753. 26 ±227. 38) pg/ml, which was lower than that of the control group[ (873. 33 ±226. 26) pg/ml], there were significant differences( P 〈 0. 05 ). The ultrasonic index and 6MWT were all better in the observation group than those in the control group, the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Irbesartan combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets have significant effect on HF- PEF patients, which can effectively improve the-dp/dtmax, NT-proBNP, as well as improve the ultrasonic index and 6 MWT, which can be promoted.
