摘要
目的:观察三氧自体血回输疗法对动脉性勃起功能障碍(ED)阴茎血流动力学的影响。方法:90例动脉性ED患者行7次三氧自体血回输治疗。治疗前、治疗后均进行勃起功能国际问卷-5(IIEF-5)评分、阴茎彩色多普勒超声检查(CDU)、夜间阴茎勃起测定(NPT)。结果:治疗前后IIEF-5评分、海绵体动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、海绵体动脉直径、夜间勃起次数、勃起时间、勃起周径差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三氧自体血回输疗法能增强动脉性ED患者阴茎供血,可用于治疗动脉性ED。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of three oxygen autologous blood transfusion therapy on penile hemodynamics in patients with arterial erectile dysfunction.Explore new ways in the treatment of arterial erectile dysfunction （ ED ） .Methods： A total of 90 arterial ED patients were collected outpatient who matched the diagnostic criteria of arterial ED and the exclusion criteria were treated with seven times of three oxygen autologous blood transfusion therapy.International questionnaire on erectile function -5 （ IIEF-5 ） score, penile color Doppler ultrasonography （ CDU ） , and nocturnal penile erection （ NPT ） were measured respectively before and after treatment.Results ： There were significant difference in IIEF-5 score, cavernous artery peak systolic velocity （ PSV ） , cavernous artery diameter, number of nocturnal erections, erectile cumulative time, erectile circumference （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Three oxygen autologous blood transfusion therapy can effectively enhance the arterial blood supply to the penis of arterial ED.h can be used to treat arterial ED.
