摘要
目的探讨吸烟对男性精神分裂症患者的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的男性精神分裂症患者80例,依据患者是否吸烟将其划分为参照组(不吸烟)34例与研究组(吸烟)46例。对两组患者抗精神药物的不良反应以及精神症状应用锥体外系不良反应反应量表(RSESE)以及阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)进行评定。结果研究组阴性症状量表评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组一般精神病理症状评分、PANSS阳性症状评分以及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组RSESE总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症的阴性症状能够通过吸烟进行改善,但是其却没有缓解抗精神病药物不良反应的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of smoking on male schizophrenia patients. Methods 80 male schizophrenia patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, according to whether the patients smoked or not, which were divided into the control group（nonsmoking, n=34） and the study group（smoking, n=46）. The adverse reactions and psychiatric symptoms of antipsychotic drugs in two groups were evaluated by the extrapyramidal side effects scale（RSESE） and the negative and positive symptoms scale（PANSS）. Results The negative symptom scale score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in general psychopathology score, PANSS positive symptom score and total score（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total scores of RSESE between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The negative symptoms of schizophrenia can be improved by smoking, but it does not alleviate the adverse reactions of antipsychotic drugs.
