摘要 以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)作为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金的增容剂,探讨了PETG用量对合金力学性能的影响,并通过差示扫描量热(DSC)仪研究了PET,ABS/PET和ABS/PET/PETG的非等温结晶动力学过程,使用Jeziorny法对合金的非等温动力学数据进行分析,计算得到相应动力学参数.研究结果表明,随着PETG加入量的增多,合金的冲击性能和断裂伸长率明显增加,拉伸强度和弯曲强度稍有降低,结晶度降低,结晶速率稍有降低. Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET) alloy were compatibilized by polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(PETG). The effects of the amount of PETG on the mechanical properties were investigated. The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of PET,ABS/PET and ABS/PET/PETG were studied via different scanning calorimeter(DSC). The Jeziorny method was employed to analyze the nonisothermal kinetics of alloys,and the corresponding kinetic parameters were obtained by calculation. The results showed that the impact strength and elongation at break were increased significantly along with the amount of PETG. But the tensile strength and flexural strength were slightly lower. The crystallinity decreased and the crystallization rate decreased slightly with the amount of PETG increased.
