中空纤维膜生物反应器污泥特性与可持续通量评估 被引量:2

Assessment of Sludge Properties and Sustainable Flux in Hollow Fiber Membrane Bioreactor

摘要 采用中空纤维膜生物反应器处理市政污水,考察了不同污泥浓度条件下污泥性质与可持续通量(J_(sus))的变化,并通过统计分析手段对污泥性质指标与可持续通量进行了相关性评估。结果表明,当MLSS浓度由6.8 g/L增至32.1 g/L时,膜组件的膜渗透性(L)与可持续通量分别由3.60 L/(m^2·h·k Pa)、30 L/(m^2·h)降至0.99 L/(m^2·h·k Pa)、6 L/(m^2·h),MLSS浓度与可持续通量负相关性较强(rp=-0.966,p<0.05),说明MLSS浓度对J_(sus)的影响较大;同时发现毛细吸水时间(CST)、溶解性化学需氧量(s COD)与J_(sus)的负相关性较弱(rp分别为-0.750、-0.744,p均小于0.05),而稀释的污泥体积指数(DSVI)对J_(sus)几乎无影响;通过偏相关性分析进一步证明,MLSS浓度可以作为预测J_(sus)的污泥性质指标。 A pilot-scale hollow fiber membrane bioreactor (HF-MBR) was used to treat municipal wastewater, and the sludge properties and sustainable flux variations under different MLSS concentration conditions were investigated. The correlations between the sludge properties and the sustainable flux were further assessed in the statistical analysis. The results showed that the membrane permeability and sus- tainable flux decreased from 3.60 L/(m2 · h · kPa) and 30 L/(m2 · h) to 0. 99 L、(m2 · h · kPa) and 6 L/(m2 · h), respectively, as the MLSS concentration increased from 6.8 g/L to 32. 1 g/L. MLSS concentration showed the strongest correlation with the sustainable flux ( r_p = - 0. 966, p 〈 0.05 ), which indicated that the MLSS concentration exerted substantial influence on the sustainable flux.
