摘要
膜计算作为自然计算的一个分支,目的便是从生物细胞的结构与功能中以及从器官和组织等细胞群的协作中抽象出计算模型.膜计算发展至今,主要包括类细胞膜系统、类组织膜系统以及类神经膜系统三种基本的计算模型.在计算的过程中,每个细胞作为一个独立的单元,各个单元之间独立运行,互不干扰,整个膜系统以极大并行模式运行.目前关于膜计算的研究有很多,但是大部分都是停留在理论研究层面,关于膜计算的应用研究依然比较少.本文首先介绍了膜计算的三种膜系统的基本概念,然后分别从理论研究、应用研究和软硬件实现研究三个层面,针对近年的细胞型、组织型和神经型膜系统研究进展进行综合概述.最后给出了膜计算现存的问题以及研究前景.
Membrane computing as a new branch of natural computing, it's aim is to abstract out the computational model from the structure and function of biological cells and the collaboration between organ and tissue. As so far, membrane computing mainly includes three basic computational models which is the cell-like membrane system, the tissue-like membrane system, and the neuron-like membrane system. In the calculation process, each cell is treated as an independent unit, each unit operates independently and does not interfere with each other, and the entire membrane system operates in a greatly parallel mode. At present, there are many researches about the membrane computing, but most of them are still at the level of theoretical research. And the applications research for membrane computing is few. In this paper, we introduces the basic concept of three membrane systems firstly. Then we summarize the recent years research progress of cell- like, tissue- like and neuron-like membrane system in three aspects: theoretical research, application research, software and hardware implementation. Finally, the paper gives the existing problems and research prospect of membrane computing.
