摘要
绩效评价是提高行政事业单位国有资产管理水平的有效手段,建立合理的绩效评价体系是其中关键。本文借鉴企业资产管理绩效评价的方法,运用层次分析法建立了行政事业单位国有资产管理绩效评价体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对潍坊市进行了实际研究,针对评价结果提出了优化资产管理的相关建议。
Performance appraisal is an effective measure to improve the management level of stateowned assets in administrative institutions. Establishing a reasonable performance appraisal system is the key. This paper uses the method of enterprise asset management performance appraisal to establish the performance appraisal system of state-owned assets management in administrative institutions using the analytic hierarchy process, and carries out practical research on Weifang City by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then related suggestions for optimizing asset management were put forward following the evaluation results.
