摘要
介绍了均匀/非均匀磁场下电沉积技术研究现状,综述了磁场辅助电沉积技术作用机制,包括传质过程、结构修饰、电化学反应及晶粒取向等,以及磁场与电流的交互作用诱导的流体流动学效应(MHD效应),并模拟了微观MHD效应形成过程,阐述了外加磁场在电沉积领域应用中存在的问题及发展前景。
Recent advances of electrodeposition technology in homogeneous and inhomogeneous magnetic fields are introduced.The mechanism of electrochemical deposition technology in magnetic fields,including mass transfer,coating structure modification,electrochemical reaction and crystal orientation,and the fluid flow(MHD effect)induced by the interaction of magnetic field and current are reviewed.The formation process of micro-MHD effect is simulated.The existing problems in the application of electrodeposition in magnetic fields at the present stage and development prospects of the technology are also expatiated.
