摘要 近几年风电、光伏爆发式发展,弃风弃光现象加剧。大型并网风光互补发电模式比单纯的风电、光伏输出功率更加稳定,而且能提高电力线路、变电站的利用效率。从解决弃风弃光问题的紧迫性入手,介绍了衡量新能源消纳能力的关键指标——"弃电率",进而提出了基于通道限制模型的风光互补算法,并以实例证明了该算法对减少新能源弃电的促进作用,最后就完善风光互补算法,减少弃风弃光提出了改进措施。 In recent years, wind and PV power have shown explosive development, wind and solar curtailment is more serious. Large- scale wind-PV hybrid power generation system can raise utilization of power lines and substations, and provide more stable power output than pure wind or PV station. Started from the emergency of reducing wind and solar curtailment, electricity curtailment rate is introduced ,which is the key index measuring the new energy accommodation capacity, then the wind-PV hybrid algorithm is presented on the basis of channel restriction model It is proved that the algorithm can reduce the electricity curtailment level Finally the improvement measures are put forward to perfect the algorithm.
