摘要 两种或两种以上血液净化模式同步或序贯组合,称为杂合/集成血液净化技术(hybrid blood purification treatment)。杂合/集成血液净化技术常用模式包括连续性血液透析滤过、血浆置换/血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗、成分血浆分离吸附等,主要用于多器官功能障碍综合征、脓毒症、肝衰竭、重症免疫性疾病及重症急性中毒等的辅助治疗。 Combination of two or more blood purification modes is called hybrid blood purification treatment (HBPT). The main HBPT in critical children includes continuous hemodiafiltration, hemoperfu- sion/plasma exchange combined with continuous renal replacement technology, fractionated plasma separation and adsorption and so on. HBPT is performed as rescue therapy for children with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, sepsis, acute liver failure, severe immune disease and severe acute poisoning.
