摘要
多功能转子实验台是工程测试、虚拟仪器测控技术的主要硬件部分之一,主要用于测量各类机械参量的实验教学——测量机械转子的振动、噪声、温度、轴心轨的测量等,并用于模拟实际机械转子工况的科学研究。对立式轴承转子实验台和卧式轴承转子实验台的功能、结构和工作原理等方面进行对比分析,并阐述多功能转子实验台的发展历程和发展方向。此研究为更好地测试和模拟旋转机械的实验研究提供参考依据。
Multi-function rotor test rig is one of the major hardware of engineering test and virtual apparatus testing technology,which can be used to measure different kinds of machines’ parameters in experimental teachings,for example,to measure machine rotor’s vibration,noise,temperature,axis orbit and so on.It is also used to simulate how the real machine rotor operates in scientific researches.The function,structure and operating principle of vertical bearing system test rig and horizontal bearing-rotor system test rig are analyzed comparatively.The previous and future development of Multi-function rotor test rig is also explored.The conclusion of this analysis is offered to the experiments of testing and simulating rotary machine through this exploration.
