摘要
为了保证焊接有限元模拟中的精度和效率,通常采用过渡性网格实现对焊缝区、热影响区及母材区的非均匀网格划分,导致网格划分时间长、效率低。依据网格过渡模版,利用TCL/TK语言对Hyper Mesh软件进行二次开发,编制对接接头过渡算法,并实现可视化的界面操作。实例表明,通过二次开发的方法进行网格划分,可减少前处理工作量,提高网格划分效率。
Mesh transition, an ordinary method is utilized to realize the non-uniform grid division of weld area,HAZ and base metal zone in order to assure the precision and efficiency of finite element modeling in welding process,which is the major cause of more meshing time and bad efficiency. Based on the model of mesh transition,a butt-joint transition algorithm is compiled by the secondary development of Hyper Mesh software in the use of TCL/TK language and visual interface operation is also realized. The example shows that less pre-processing and higher division efficiency can be achieved by the means of secondary development.
