摘要
本研究将栓剂基质不耐高温、阻碍药物释放及影响栓剂载药量的缺点加以改良,以高效液相色谱法测定治糜灵泡腾胶囊栓中盐酸小檗碱的含量,经正交试验考察后,最佳提取条件为6倍量60%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5h。泡腾胶囊栓中枸橼酸与NaHCO_3最佳比例确定为1∶0.6,用量为30%。本文解决了栓剂在贮存和使用上给患者和经营商带来的不便,将极大地促进栓剂的发展和应用。
This research project improve suppositories' shortcomings, including the matrix is not heat-resisting, hinders releasing drug and influences drug loading. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. After investigation by orthogonal design, the optimum extraction conditions were 6 times 60% ethanol, which was extracted 3 times for 1.5 hours. The optimum proportion of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate in the effervescent capsule suppository was 1:0.6, and the dosage was 30%. This research has solved the inconvenience caused by the suppository to the patients and operators in storage and use, and will greatly promote the development and application of suppositories.
