摘要
文章基于知识转移理论,着眼于提升显性知识和隐性知识传播质量,在简要总结国医大师师承工作现状后,针对其中存在的相关问题,提出了如何优化国医大师师承工作效能的对策:一是认真梳理显隐知识,改进师承工作内容;二是建立合理师承模式,聚力培养高层次中医药人才;三是不断建立健全政策法规体系,营造良好师承工作环境;四是施行严格的师承质量考核和激励制度,保证师承教育质量。
Under the perspective of the theory of knowledge transfer, the paper was focused on improving the transmission quality of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. After summarizing the current situation of the inheritance of TCM master, the author put forward the strategy of how to optimize the work efficiency based on the existed problems. Firstly, to card and analyze explicit and implicit knowledge carefully for improving content. Secondly, to build reasonable model and cultivate superior Chinese medicine talents. Thirdly, to establish and improve the system of policies and regulations, to create good work environment for the inheritance of TCM master. Fourthly, to carry out strict quality assessment and incentive system for ensuring educational quality.
