摘要
目的：应用古今医案云平台V1.3.3软件,分析探讨＂国医大师＂刘尚义教授治疗慢性肾衰临证用药特点。方法：筛选2015年9月1日—2017年7月13日于国医大师刘教授国医堂门诊就诊诊断为＂肾衰＂的医案并录入软件,采用数据分析模块进行数据挖掘,从而分析探讨刘尚义治疗＂慢性肾衰＂的临证经验。结果：研究共录入医案358份,其中男221例,女137例;涉及中药720味,总共使用频次3153次;中药配伍模块分析,共获得用药频次前8位从高到低依次为：川芎、刘寄奴、莪术、六月雪、萆薢、水蛭、大黄、白花蛇舌草。药对出现频次由高到低分别是：川芎-刘寄奴、莪术-川芎、莪术-刘寄奴、六月雪-川芎、六月雪-刘寄奴、六月雪-莪术、萆薢-川芎、萆薢-刘寄奴、萆薢-六月雪、萆薢-莪术、水蛭-川芎、水蛭-刘寄奴,水蛭-莪术。结论：刘教授治疗慢性肾衰多用活血化瘀、除湿泻浊之品。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of professor LIU Shangyi,a master of Chinese medicine,in treating chronic renal failure by ancient and modern medical records cloud platform V1.3.3 softwar. Methods：Screened cases in the Chinese medicine master professor LIU Shangyi＇s clinic which diagnosed as renal failure,medical recorded from September 1,2015 to July 13,2017,then inputed these cases to the software. Data mining based on data analysis module. Finally,analyzed about clinical characteristics of professor LIU Shangyi in treating chronic renal failure. Results：A total of 358 cases was included in the study,there were 221 males,137 cases of female;Involved 720 sorts of traditional Chinese medicine,the total use frequency about the medicine was 3153 times;Analysis of compatibility module of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 8 times of medication frequency from high to low were：Ligusticum wallichii,Artemisia anomala,Curcuma zedoaria,Serissa japonica,Dioscorea collettii,Whitmania pigra Whitman,Rheum palmatum,Hedyotis diffusa. The frequency of drug pairs from high to low were：Ligusticum wallichii-Artemisia anomala,Curcuma zedoaria-Ligusticum wallichii,Curcuma zedoaria-Artemisia anomala,Serissa japonica-Ligusticum wallichii,Serissa japonica-Artemisia anomal,Serissa japonica-Curcuma zedoaria,Dioscorea collettii-Ligusticum wallichii,Dioscorea collettii-Artemisia anomala,Dioscorea collettii-Serissa japonica,Dioscorea collettii-Curcuma zedoaria,Whitmania pigraWhitman-Ligusticum wallichii,Whitmania pigra Whitman-Artemisia anomala,Whitmania pigra WhitmanCurcuma zedoaria. Conclusion：Professor LIU treating the chronic renal failure always use the medicine which has the effect of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,dehumidification and turbidity elimination.
