摘要
目的：优选祛湿止痒凝胶的基质处方。方法：以凝胶的外观、稳定性、黏度为指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优选羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油和吐温-80的最佳配比。结果：优选出的最佳基质配比为羧甲基纤维素钠用量比例为4.56%、甘油用量比例为10.07%、吐温-80用量比例为7.34%。综合评分预测值为0.9558,实测值为0.9377,RSD为0.96%。结论：通过星点设计-效应面法优选基质处方制备的凝胶外观均匀细腻,黏度适中,稳定性良好。
Objective：To optimize the matrix formulation of Qushi Zhiyang Gel. Methods：With the appearance,stability,viscosity as indices,choosed the best matching of CMC-Na,glycerinum and Tween-80 by central composite design-response surface method. Results：The optimum formula consisted of 4.56%CMC-Na,10.07% glycerinum and 7.34% Tween-80. The predicted value of comprehensive score was 0.9558,the measured value of comprehensive score was 0.9377,the relative standard deviation was 0.96%. Conclusion：The best formula with central composite design-response surface method and the formula of Qushi Zhiyang gel had smooth surface,appropriate viscosity and good stability.
