摘要
针对新能源系统中风、光能源输出功率的不稳定性和强随机性特点,提出一种以储能系统存电量比和功率平滑参数为目标的复合控制算法,该算法通过对系统进行充电、放电或离网运行等操作,可将波动幅度控制在设定值之内。在单、双储能两种配置状态下,采用该复合控制算法分别进行仿真试验,对比其功率平滑效果、经济效益及其他综合指标。结果表明,单储能状态下系统具有更好的运行效果。
Aiming at instability and strong randomness of wind and solar energy output power in the renewable system, a compound control algorithm was proposed based on the energy storage ratio and the power smoothing parameters. This algorithm can control the fluctuation amplitude within the set value by charging, discharging or running off the system. By simulating the two configurations of single and double energy storage, the compound control algorithm was used to carry out the simulation experiment, and the power smoothing effect, economic benefit and other comprehensive indexes were compared. The results show that the system has better running effect under single energy storage status
