摘要
农产品供应链是影响农产品质量安全的关键因素,具体来说是供应链中农产品质量信息不对称、各环节合作关系不紧密以及供应链主体质量安全风险控制意愿和能力不高的综合效应激发了质量安全问题。对此,保障农产品质量安全,应该建立供应链全覆盖的可溯源性信息传递机制,以控制信息风险;建立供应链主体合作共生机制,以控制合作风险;建立供应链主体意愿与能力优化机制,以控制主体风险。
Agricultural products supply chain is the key factors that affect the quality safety of agricultural products. Specifically, the quality safety problem is the result of the asymmetry of agricultural product quality information , loose connection among each part, as well as the supply chain partnership is not is not high, the ability and willingness to control safety risk of the sub- ject？ in the supply chain. In order to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products, in this pa- per we analyze the relationship between the traceability information transmission mechanism and control information risk, the cooperative symbiosis mechanism of the subject in supply chain and control the cooperation risk, the optimization of mechanism of supply chain subject＇s willingness and ability and control subject risk.
