国产超低压连续重整装置四反压降升高问题剖析

摘要 中国石化九江分公司120×10~4t/a连续重整装置第四反应器压降自2015年8月以来出现持续升高的异常工况,给装置安全生产带来重大隐患,也使得装置加工负荷不断降低,经济效益受损。通过对进料硫含量、催化剂积炭和粉尘量、反应器内构件等工艺设备进行分析,发现造成四反压降升高的原因为:第四反应器中心筒约翰逊网表面堵塞且局部有破损;中心筒条筛网与冲孔板之间装满催化剂;中心筒的内筒开孔率不足。为抑制四反压降上升,降低装置运行风险,采取了降低重整负荷、降低循环氢量、优化催化剂再生系统、严格控制重整进料杂质硫、氮含量的各项指标、重整反应温度阶梯控制等一系列优化措施,取得了一定成效。以第四反应器压降不大于70k Pa为最高限,做好紧急停工处理预案。针对重整装置第四反应器出现的问题,更换了新的中心筒,检修开工后重整装置负荷提至160t/h,达到设计负荷的113%,四反压降仅为18k Pa。 The pressure drop in the fourth reactor of the 1.20 Mt/a CCR unit at SINOPEC Jiujiang Company has continued to rise since August 2015,not only posing a major hidden danger to the production safety of the unit but also resulting in a continuous reduction in the processing capacity and economic benefit of the unit.Through a detailed analysis of the factors such as the sulfur content of feedstock,the coke deposition and dust amount of catalyst and the internals of reactor,the reasons for the rise of pressure drop in the fourth reactor were found including the surface blockage and partial breakage of Johnson screen in the central cylinder of the fourth reactor,the catalysts packed between strip mesh and perforated plate,and the insufficient opening ratio of the inner cylinder.In order to inhibit the rise of pressure drop in the fourth reactor and reduce the operating risk of the unit,a series of optimization measures were taken such as reducing the operation load of CCR unit,reducing the amount of circulating hydrogen,optimizing the catalyst regeneration system,strictly controlling the sulfur content,nitrogen content and other indexes of reformer feed,and implementing the step control of reforming reaction temperature.Certain results have been achieved.Emergency shutdown plan was developed taking 70 k Pa as the upper limit of pressure drop in the fourth reactor.To solve the problems in the fourth reactor,the central cylinder was replaced with a new one.After the overhaul,the operation load of CCR unit was increased to 160 t/h,113% of the design load,and the pressure drop in the fourth reactor was only 18 k Pa.
