摘要
目的分析中药处方分析在中药调剂中的价值。方法随机将100例接受中药治疗的患者分成对照组和试验组,每组50例;对照组治疗过程中,中药师并没有在中药调剂中应用中药处方分析;试验组治疗中,中药师在中药调剂中应用中药处方分析,对2组患者满意度和药物副作用发生情况进行观察。结果试验组用药安全不良事件发生次数、药物副作用发生次数均显著少于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中药调剂中应用中药处方分析能让用药安全性显著提高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine prescription analysis in Chinese herbs dispensing.Methods 100 cases of patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. During the treatment of the control group, Chinese herbs dispensing did not apply the prescription analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. During the treatment of the experimental group, Chinese herbs dispensing applied the prescription analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. The satisfaction and side effects were observed. Results The number of adverse drug events and the incidence of side effects in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine prescription analysis in Chinese herbs dispensing can greatly improve the safety of drug use, and it is worth popularizing.
